1. FREE SHIPPING: We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value or destination. We are only shipping in the USA for now.  No matter where you are located, you won't have to worry about any additional shipping charges when you shop with us.
2. PROCESSING TIME: Once you place an order, we require a processing time of 3 business days to prepare your items for shipping. During peak seasons or special promotions, this processing time may be slightly extended, but we will always keep you informed about any delays.
3. SHIPPING METHODS: We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your items reach you in a timely manner. The shipping method may vary depending on your location and the size/weight of the item. You can expect to receive your order within 3 TO 5 business days after the processing time.
4. ORDER TRACKING : We provide order tracking information for all shipments. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.
5. ADDRESS ACCURACY. It is essential to provide accurate shipping information during the checkout process. Please double-check your shipping address to avoid any delivery issues. We will not be responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once the order is in production or shipped, we will not be able to make any changes. NO REFUNDS if your order is incorrect.
